1 мая 2026 я сделал бронь в отель в тот же день пришло подтверждение и номер брони от отеля Пришло подтверждение и номер от бронирования такси. 11мая 2026 приезжаю в стамбул трансфер встретили и привезли меня в отель , в отели мне говорят по вашему паспорту нету бронирования тогда я показываю номер бронирования который прислал мне отель вместе с подтверждением. Они мне говорят что вас и вашей фамилии и бронирования не существует, тогда Я спрашиваю подтверждение и номер бронирования прислал мне отель Рояль. Тогда каким образом несуществуют моя фамилия имя и номер бронирования. МОЖЕТ ЭТО КТО-ТО ОБЪЯСНИТЬ??????.
