!experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful. The room we were given was in unacceptable condition—it had a strong unpleasant odor, felt old, and was not suitable for my family. When I raised these concerns and asked for a reasonable solution, the staff did not handle the situation professionally. Instead of providing an acceptable room at no additional cost, I was told I had to pay 300 euro extra for a different room. The only alternative offered did not meet my family’s needs, especially since we were traveling with small children. When I explained that the accommodation was not acceptable and requested a refund, the staff became aggressive and made us feel very uncomfortable. Because of the condition of the room and the way we were treated, we had no choice but to leave the hotel and book another place to stay. Despite failing to provide suitable accommodation, the hotel kept payment for all four nights, which I believe is completely unfair. I would not recommend this hotel. A clean, suitable room and respectful customer service are basic expectations. Instead, we experienced poor accommodation, aggressive behavior, and a complete lack of willingness to resolve the issue fairly.
