Henkilökunta oli auttavainen ja ystävällinen.
Bookingin kuvaus ei vastannut odotusta. Hotellissa ei ole baaria/ravintolaa enään. Myös pesula osoittautui pyykkikoneeksi, ei siis pesulaksi. Lastenvaunuja ei ollut käytössä vaikka niin luki. Huoneistoja ei ole uusittu ainakaan 20vuoteen, kaikki oli rikkinäistä. 6henkilön huoneessa oli ruokailuvälineet vain 2 henkilölle. Astianpesuvälineitä ei ollut eikä saatu edes pyydettäessä. Siivousta ei tapahtunut koko majoituksen aikana. WC viemärissä edellisen asukkaan virtsaa. Liesi ja vedenkeitin rikkinäisiä. Tuolit keittiössä rikkinäisiä ja niistä sain haavan käteeni. Parvekkeella ei ollut avainta että olisi oven saanut lukkoon perheellisenä. Asiakaspalvelusta yritettiin auttaa mutta kaikki tapahtuu aina vain "huomenna" mutta mitään ei kuitenkaan korjattu.
Mi-a plăcut absolut totul. Personalul a dat dovadă de profesionalism și a răspuns cu promptitudine solicitărilor noastre. Ne-a plăcut amplasarea hotelului într-o zonă liniștită și destul de aproape de faleza mării Mediterane din Alanya.
