Otelinizde oda-kahvaltı konseptinde konaklama sağladık. Ancak kahvaltı servisinde yaşadığımız organizasyon sorunu nedeniyle bu mesajı paylaşma ihtiyacı duyduk. Tarafımıza kahvaltının saat 07:00 - 10:00 arasında hazır olacağı iletilmişti. Saat 07:30'da alana indiğimizde hiçbir hazırlık yoktu ve görevli personeli uyandırmak durumunda kaldık. Süremiz kısıtlı olduğu ve tabak kahvaltısı zamanında hazırlanamadığı için ücrete dahil olan bu hizmetten hiçbir şekilde faydalanamadan otelinizden ayrıldık. İşletmenizin hizmet kalitesini artırması ve misafir memnuniyetini kalıcı kılması adına, kahvaltı saatlerine uyum ve personel takibi gibi ufak tefek düzeltmelerin acilen yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz.
