Несоответствие фото номеров бунгало на сайте, номер 502 в котором устойчивый запах туалета и просвечивается пол на улицу в душе не есть нормой, после жалобы на номера нам предложили изменить номера на номера комфорт в основном здании после чего потребовали доплату за номер в 200€ и более того т.к мы оплатили полную стоимость номера стандарт предназначенный на 3 персоны, а проживали там 2 человека, когда к нашей группе приехали ещё люди и я попросил подселить их в номера где недостаёт одного человека т.к мы оплатили за номер как за 3 персоны, в этом нам отказали и сказали что необходимо доплатить за человека отдельно по 40€ сутки это является абсурдом т.к мы оплатили полную стоимость номера как за 3их персон. Как итог пришлось арендовать отдельный номер. Еда попадается не свежая с прошлых дней иногда даже испорченная. По поводу уборки, в номерах куда нас поселили было бесконечное количество волос как на полу так и на постельное белье, только после жалобы они провели уборку где поменяли полностью постельное бельё и убрали комнату полностью, но пятна на бельё и на покрывале это как изюминка отеля. Вайфай 15€ на 10 дней и работает с перебоями и на некоторых устройствах вайфай просто не работает, после обращения на ресепшн они пытаются исправить проблему но если у них не получается они говорят что вайфай плохо работает из-за низкого заряда батареи, то из-за второй сим карты, то из-за не включённого режима в полёте (что является абсурдом высшей категории), как итог вы можете просто остаться без связи вайфай на весь отпуск. Хлорирование бассейна происходит вечером с 20:00 но могут и в 19:00 не придупреждая посетителей, и гранулы хлорки можете встретить на дне бассейна даже в 11:00 следующего дня. Ключи от номеров подходят к друг другу, ключом от 307 можно открыть номер 304, а ключём от 303 подходит ключ к 308, а 311 номере дверь открывается без ключа. Никому не рекомендую отеля даже для прогулки рядом
The nature is great around the hotel. It takes 4 minutes to get to the sea. The beach is clean with private territory. Great pool! The food is also good. Simple but very tasty. It's 40-50 minutes from the Airport
