This is one of the best five star hotels I have ever been. The staff are very helpful, facilities are great.
Sauna was at the right temperature, but definitely needs renovation.
Great staff apart from the grumpy egg chef! Thanks to Zeynep for being so helpful Nice little beach with friendly service Great Balinese massage! Close enough to Cesme and Alacati by taxi.
Food quality was very poor. Room AC did not work and the decor is very dated Not sure how it got its 5* rating as it’s really more of a 3* Not much to do if the weather isn’t kind
