Travreel synthesis
We watched 5 guest videos — here's the honest picture
The industrial corridor's surprise: 9.4/10 from nearly 300 verified stays — a chart-topper in business-park territory.
Residence format: Apartment-style Hyatt House units with kitchens for long stays.
Indoor pool and sauna: after the workday, per the licensed listing; even the pizza got its own clip.
Gebze is business territory: Factories and tech parks, not tourism — it exists for work trips, and at that job it excels.
