Es scheint, dass das Hotel früher eine hohe Bewertung hatte, aber mittlerweile ist es ohne Sterne. Vorteile: Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. U-Bahn und Straßenbahn befinden sich direkt neben dem Hotel, und auch Restaurants sowie traditionelle Märkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Preis für das Hotel inklusive Frühstück ist gut – ein sehr faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Die Mängel sind ehrlich gesagt eher gering. Am wichtigsten ist jedoch, dass das Hotel dringend renoviert werden muss (z. B. Haken im Badezimmer, Türschlösser, Tapeten usw.).

personeel spreekt geen letter engels of frans ... lekkende verroetse kraan badkamer stond constant onder water (1 cm), instappen met slechte schoenen, personeel vond dit maar normaal zeepbakje: met schimmel in en beestje 2 keer op 8 dagen kamer onderhouden, lieten de raam dan open waardoor 30 vliegen binen geen bekertje voor tandenborstel: moest maar zelf kopen geen fles water (kraanwater niet drinkbaar) ontbijt vies en odermaats TV stond luid te loeien en was niet uit te schakelen, (afstandsbediening zonder batterijen, idem airaco), tv dan maar stuk getrokken
