Hotel Promise

✓Économic room are located at the back side of the building. You can hear very loudly the sound of a disco in the courtyard playing music all night. Window was broken, water tap in the shower. Not recommended if you want to sleep.

✓One of the worst stay experiences yet. I arrived and waited 30 minutes before they finally got me checked-in. How is it that only one staff can do this. The lift to my floor is broken so I had to carry my luggage one floor up. The room is tiny, there’s no tea table or any table. No closet, just a few hangers attached to the wall. There’s no view from the window, just another building across. The bathroom and toilet is 10 cm apart, no curtain or glass to separate so the shower basically splash everywhere. There’s no towel, no floor mattress anywhere, and no sandals. Basically just a bed with AC and a small bathroom. Overall cleanliness is bad, the bed sheet and pillow are not clean.

✓The only good thing is that if you are a smoker is allowed to smoke in room all other things are wrong, dirty and not working.
