El desayuno fue muy completo, variado y rico, y además disfruté mucho de las vistas desde el restaurante mientras desayunaba. Lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal: fueron muy amables, atentos y serviciales en todo momento. También me pareció un detalle muy bueno que cambiaran las toallas todos los días y que dejaran agua, café y té gratuitos a diario en la habitación. Además, la habitación contaba con una pava eléctrica, lo que resultaba muy práctico. La ubicación también me gustó mucho, ya que está cerca de la Torre de Gálata y de numerosos bares y restaurantes, por lo que resulta muy cómodo para salir a conocer la zona y comer o cenar.
La habitación era un poco pequeña y había un olor desagradable a tubería que salía de la ducha del baño. Nos explicaron que se debía a un problema de la red principal de la zona.
