Accoglienza e cortesia, avevamo il check in alle ore 14 ma siamo arrivati alle 9 e lo staff ci ha accolto offrendoci la colazione in attesa della consegna della camera in anticipo sui tempi .
Mon séjour c est très bien passse, Youssef et le monsieur à la réception alvain se sont très bien occuper de moi et mon très très bien accueilli. Au moindre question Ils étaient réactif franchement le top au petit soins. Si je reviendrai à Istanbul j y retrouverai Directe sans faute !
