✓Un hôtel incroyable vraiment parfait, propre , une literie parfaite, un personnel très serviable et très accueillant, de la réception jusqu’au techniciens de surface et des agents de surveillance et gestion du garage toujours le sourire et un petit bonjour . Un hôtel qui sait accueillir ses hôtes ! Petit message à Sena qui nous a offert un petit cappuccino accompagné des biscuits du chef en pâtisserie Şükrü à tomber par terre 🫠 et à Fatma la responsable de la satisfaction des clients qui est vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau pour dire que les 5 étoiles ⭐️ sont bien méritées ! Je recommande vivement et les yeux fermés . Merci à tous pour votre investissement , merci d’avoir contribué à ce que notre séjour soit une réussite totale ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

✓Довольно удобное месторасположение, очень близко к мавзолею Ататюрка. На улице, не далеко от отеля есть отличный ресторан Cigerci Aydin.

!Отель уставший. Рядом разрушенное здание , вид ну прям так себе. У нас в номере сломался кондиционер, который не справлялся со своей задачей и до поломки. Что нужно отметить нас сразу пересилили в другой номер с 8 на 3-й этаж, и принесли в номер комплимент в виде фруктов. Удивило что в спа отеле нет халатов в номерах, на просьбу принести , ответили что проблем нет, но так и не принесли. В общем заявленная звёздность далека от действительности В целом , если воспринимать отель как не дорогой в не плохом месте и ничего не ожидать, то в целом норм (не больше)

!- found out late that unfortunately the hotel is located in an area where there are a lot of gentlemens clubs, and show clubs, which was uncomfortable for my family as often men were outside on the street and a lot of the guests were one night stands. - clean hotel but the rooms are very small and very old. Facilities were old, and air conditioner did not work well
