Excellent service. Clean and near everything.
The location is perfect, right in the middle of bars and restaurants. The owner went out of her way to make my birthday celebration special. The staff n is also helpful and kind. I'd go back again.
The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, especially the reception team, the housekeeping staff, and the receptionist working the night shift. They made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, and its location is perfect for young people who want to enjoy Istanbul's nightlife
The only downsides were that, although parking is listed, finding a parking space was very difficult. Also, the refrigerator in my room was not cooling properly. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, with a few improvements.
