the overall of the hotel is clean and staff working day and night to make sure the facility is clean
Language barrier: they don't speak English; some of them can communicate in Arabic. That is normal for every country in the world.
Generally a very nice place to stay. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the staff and service were truly hospitable and lovely. The location is great, very close to both the tram and bus stops. There are also local markets nearby, along with a few great places to eat and try Turkish specialties. I recommend it, since it offers excellent value for money for everything you get at the hotel.
