Location
The staff have been consistently rude and the management is ineffective. They have been asked to pay additional charges in the middle of the night and attempted to increase the amount when I offered to pay in pounds instead of Turkish lira. The reception staff appear to be very unhappy. If you go there, find Ismail who is the only polite and helpful person doing the job properly.
