The location was good for getting to the sights on Europe and Asian side. Breakfast vouchers were good, and eating just next to the Galata Tower was lovely. Being able to grab a coffee on site at the hotel was a nice touch and the staff were pleasant.
The room was very cramped, the bed was too soft and sunk into the middle causing my back to ache. The noise from the street was all night long and we were 3 floors up but it is in a very busy area and we unfortunately didn't realise that October is peak season. It wasn't what I thought I was getting.
