The cleaner never cleaned my room for my 10 days stay. The lift was not working and I was staying 6th floor and had operation l. The reception hang the phone on me several times saying bo english he didn't bother coming to my room if everything was fine. I feel sorry for the owner he should fire all of them and get new staff because the location is really nice but hotel management need to be replaced they dont care.

Normal şartlarda büyük çaplı bir tadilatta otelin tamamen kapatılması gerekiyor.
