!I liked everything

✓The staff couldn’t have been nicer. We arrived after disembarking a cruise ship in the morning. Rooms were not available and it was a sold out situation. Having worked for Hilton hotels for 43 years, we understood the situation. The front desk staff member, Fatmi(?) and the bell staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Our bags were stored and we hung out in the comfortable lobby until our rooms were ready. Breakfast was included with our rate and we were very pleasantly surprised with the array of food choices that were available to us. Cheeda(?), a staff person we met the day before, recognized us at breakfast and helped us find seating for 4. She was very pleasant and helpful. The Food and Beverage Manager was also very busy at breakfast assisting the staff in food refinishing and seating preps. He is a hands on manager for sure! We complimented him on the breakfast spread of Turkish and American style choices. Fatmi(?)also helped us arrange transportation to the airport. Thank you, team members.

!The sofa bed in our room is in need of replacement. We didn’t need the bed and the housekeeper folded it back up but it was very uncomfortable.
