Just only the breakfast was good
I requested a room with two separate beds and I reconfirmed my request during check to reception staff they also confirmed that my request had been noted. But when I arrived to the room, I found a single king size bed instead. I called reception to inform them, but their response was, ooh sorry we are fully booked and nothing we can do for u , If the hotel was unable to accommodate my request, they should informed me from the beginning instead leaving me disappointed upon arrival. This was a disappointing experience, especially I had made my request clear from the beginning. Also the room was not cleaned properly.
