HHK Hotel Downtown

✓Clean, basic hotel, convenient location with helpful reception staff and average breakfast. Other staff didnt speak English & we didn't speak Turkish. They gave advice on getting about, organised fresh towels when housekeeping forgot to provide them, etc. However, due to our early departure, we asked the kitchen staff to pack something for us for breakfast. We were told they would provide something and confirmed that the night before. But then let us down at the last minute. When we had no other alternative, had already paid for each breakfast during our stay and my Mum is diabetic. Unfortunately this ruined our stay in the end.

✓Lovely stay right in the heart of Fatih, really close to all of the main sights. The rooms were great, really clean and very comfortable bed. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming as well.

!The road was a bit noisy at night because there are restaurants nearby, but not much to be done about this :)

!The attitude of the staff , especially the manager of the hotel did not help us with our request and even booking .com never emailed us about the request we made .very very very bad customer service never again will book from booking .com .
