Has Cave Konak

✓The location was phenomenal. There is an absolutely beautiful balcony view of the whole town and everything was very walkable. It’s very close to the town center and there are amazing restaurants that were recommended by staff. Has Cave Konak is antique with classic cave rooms. We had a deluxe room which was very beautiful, unique, and spacious. Has Cave Konak also connects you with many tours and we did the hot air balloon ride last minute with them and it was very organized and an amazing experience. A special thanks to staff member Yusuf for making our stay amazing. His English was great and it was very easy to communicate with him. He was welcoming and extremely helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed something he would get it done. Birsen, the cook, was amazing as well. Breakfast was delicious and she was very caring. Thank you to all the other staff members as well. We had an amazing stay! You guys made us feel at home, especially Yusuf and Birsen.

!We stayed only for two days so I’m not sure if this would be any different for a longer stay, but our room was not cleaned during our stay. This is the only area that could be improved, otherwise we were very pleased.

✓Sadik was swift in his support to help me fix a problem I was having with my credit card company. Mehmet ensured that the rest of my stay was comfortable by upgrading my room and routinely checking in to confirm that my needs were being met.

!The cigarette smoke in common areas. At the end of my stay, I was surprised by a 1500TL charge from the restaurant that I had never been to. Mehmet resolved the error and was apologetic.
