الموظفون
كانت إقامتي في الفندق جيدة بشكل عام، وتعامل جميع الموظفين كان راقياً ومحترماً ويستحق الشكر. أنا مقيم لمدة 14 يوماً وقد حجزت 6 غرف، وكانت معظم جوانب الإقامة جيدة، ولذلك أقيّم الفندق بـ 10/8 من ناحية الاستقبال. لكن لدي بعض الملاحظات بمناسبة الخدمة التي أتمنى من إدارة الفندق العمل على تحسينها: 1. بما أننا لا نطلب تنظيف الغرف يومياً، فإننا لا نستهلك مياه الشرب التي تُوضع مع خدمة التنظيف. وعندما طلبنا مياه شرب إضافية من الاستقبال، أبلغنا الموظفون بأنه سيتم احتساب رسوم عليها، وهو أمر لم يكن متوقعاً، خاصة مع إقامة طويلة وحجز 6 غرف. 2. توجد فطريات (عفن) في زوايا الحمام وعلى الأطراف، وتحتاج إلى معالجة لتحسين مستوى النظافة والصيانة. 3. عزل الصوت بين الغرف ضعيف، ويمكن سماع الأصوات بوضوح، مما يؤثر على الراحة والخصوصية. 4. أبواب الغرف تُغلق بقوة بسبب نظام الإغلاق الأوتوماتيكي، ويصدر عنها صوت مرتفع يسبب الإزعاج، خاصة في أوقات الليل. أتمنى إعادة ضبط أو استبدال نظام الإغلاق (Door Closer) بحيث تُغلق الأبواب بهدوء. بشكل عام كانت التجربة مميزة، والموظفون متعاونون للغاية ويستحقون الشكر والتقدير. وأتمنى فقط معالجة هذه الملاحظات البسيطة، لأن الفندق يمتلك جميع المقومات التي تجعل تجربة الإقامة فيه مثالية.
