Изключително не любезен персонал.Три дни ни звъняха,притесняваха и търсиха да си платим стаята,която беше предварително заплатена през Букинг.Няколко пъти им показахме резервацията,че е платена!!!Днес на тръгване пак имаше проблем по същия казус.Не организирани,кафето на цената на златото в хотела.Не знам дали се държат с всички гости така или само с нас българите.Цената от 160 евро за двойна стая,не отговаря на качеството,което предлагат.Няма да повторим

Hotel war sehr sauber und modern.
In der Nähe vom Hotel kann man im späten Abend keinen offenen Restaurants finden. Die Lage ist nicht gut. Der Fernseher war zu klein (32 Zoll) und Bildqualität schlecht. Es gibt andere günstigere Hotels, die grössere Fernseher (43 Zoll) mit gutem Bild in den Zimmern haben. Für so ein modernes Hotel passen solche kleine Fernseher nicht.
Wonderful hotel! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, cozy and well-maintained. The atmosphere is lovely, and you really feel at home. The staff deserve special praise — everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The reception team is especially kind and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfasts are delicious, fresh and offer a great start to the day! Another huge advantage is the excellent location, very close to the wholesale clothing shops and shopping areas in Merter, which is extremely convenient for business and shopping trips. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and have only positive impressions! Our rating is definitely 5 stars PLUS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️ Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality! We would be very happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
