Personnel souriant, serviable, compétent, Emplacement super (trains, tramways ,métro,bus..? Très proche des lieux culturels
Personnellement je n'ai pas apprécié l'emplacement des prises. En effet pour se préparer un thé ou un café il fallait déplacer la bouilloire ce qui pourrait être difficile pour des personnes âgées.comme moi.
الموقع كان ممتاز في وسط أحياء اسطنبول في المدينة القديمة و قريب جدا من محطة ترام گولهانه
تجربة سيئة جدًا، والفندق برأيي لا يستحق حتى نجمة واحدة. الفراش قديم جدًا وغير مريح، والمخدات مهترئة و«نازلة» بشكل واضح. كذلك المناشف قديمة وبالية وتحتاج إلى الاستبدال. خدمة الغرف سيئة جدًا، ومستوى النظافة والتنظيف دون المستوى. أما تعامل موظفي الاستقبال فكان سيئًا وغير احترافي، ولم نشعر بأي اهتمام أو تعاون. الشيء الإيجابي الوحيد في الفندق هو الموقع، فهو ممتاز وقريب جدًا من محطة ترام كولهانه، وهذا سهّل علينا التنقل. لكن بشكل عام، لا أنصح بالإقامة في الفندق بسبب سوء النظافة، وقدم الأثاث والمستلزمات، وسوء الخدمة والتعامل حجزت غرفتين و تم اعطائي كل غرفة في طابق و نحن عائلة نريد ان نكون قريبين و بعد جدال طويل و تعدي من موظفين الاستقبال و تدخل خدمة العملاء فيبوكينج غيروا لنا الغرفة و لكن كانت بعيدة ليست مجاورة للغرفة الأساسية

Hangos volt a légkondicionáló.Rosszul szellőző fürdőszoba.A szálloda mellett építkezési terület.A spa részlegben nincs medence és úgy volt megdírdetve hogy korlátlan belépő az árban.Ezzel szemben a recepción tájékoztattak hogy csak egy alkalommal lehet belépni.
