We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The standout feature is definitely the team—the entire reception staff was incredibly helpful, and a special shout-out goes to Rahmet for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The location is excellent, making it very easy to get around, and our room was consistently clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout our visit. We also absolutely loved the terrace! Having access to a 24/7 kitchen was a massive bonus for grabbing a late-night snack or a coffee whenever we wanted. The only minor downside was the breakfast—it could definitely be improved with a bit more variety, as it felt a little limited after a couple of days. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay with wonderful hospitality. We would gladly come back!

The hotel is in a strategic location, within walking distance of major tourist attractions and the metro station. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and very helpful.
Highly recommended hotel! Excellent value for money. The staff are very helpful ( especially Mr Sadar) and available whenever you need assistance.
