Excellent service, but room for improvement in cleanliness I recently stayed at the Gross Hotel in Istanbul and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The girls working in the restaurant are simply amazing—so attentive, friendly, and doing a fantastic job! The reception team was also highly professional, welcoming, and always ready to help.
However, the only downside was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, it wasn’t up to standard, and the housekeeping definitely needs more attention. If the hotel improves on the cleaning, it will be a perfect place to stay. Still, a big thank you to the restaurant and reception teams!
