Grey House Apartments & Suites Istanbul★★★

✓I liked the fact we had 3 separate bedrooms , kids had their privacy and so did we , I liked the fact we had a small kitchen which helped in making kids breakfast and sometimes dinner when they were tired to go out but wanted to eat, plenty of bathrooms which was good for having 4 kids and 2 adults, near the metro station which eased our transportation.

!I didn't like the elevator inside the apartment , which was scary since any of the kids can press the button and the doors would open , you can't use the elevator to go up the apartment without the key card but once it's there you can use it to go down without the card , that was a huge safety issue for us,kept us worried during the night if any of the kids had the curiosity to try it, room were clean but could have been better, AC needed serious cleaning so did the ventilation in the bathrooms all were closed with thick layer of dust , made my allergies and my kids allergies act up , didn't like the fact that fresh towels are replaced each 3 days, we did have a washing machine but didn't have a place to dry them outside and inside it was hard for the towels to dry, room service is just making the bed not necessarily changing the covers and changing the towels , if you're hoping for a cleaner floor not gona happen.
