Greenbird Suites

✓We spent four days at the GreenBird apartment. It’s a brilliant choice if you’re holidaying with family or friends, as the apartment has two floors and has two large separate rooms, each of which has a double bed and also sofas. Unfortunately, during the summer, it gets extremely hot on the top floor under the roof, and the air condition, which is between the floors, doesn’t reach that hight One downside I’d mention is the old furniture, which, unfortunately, isn’t in very good condition. But overall, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’d also like to mention the great location – a 2-minute walk to Taksim Square, where is a bus and metro station. Around the apparent there are also plenty of shops and places to grab a bite to eat. It’s also important mention that this area is more suited to those who enjoy an active vacation and nightlife, as there are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés nearby that stay open almost all night, and there are many tourists. I’d also like to give a special mention to the owner of the flat – he was always available, always ready to help, very polite and attentive, and he arranged a transfer to the airport for us without any problems. I can say that I really do recommend these apartments.

!One downside I’d mention is the old furniture, which, unfortunately, isn’t in very good condition.

✓La struttura è vicino alla stazione metropolitana, accogliente e ampia. Sicuramente ha qualche pecca, ma non capisco le recensioni che assegnano un 2 o addirittura uno zero. Chi vuole una sistemazione di lusso, paghi un 4 stelle! A parere mio, il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che ragionevole.

!Первое. Номер на верхнем этаже без лифта, лестница очень узкая. Хозяин сходу заявил, что чемоданы занести не поможет. Я вешу 45 кг и тащила чемодан ростом с меня, а он шел рядом с ключом, чтобы показать номер. Такой вот сервис. Второе. Напротив магазин и маленькое кафе. До часу ночи минимум соседи на улице орут, едят, так что не мечтайте выспаться. Кроме того, район неблагополучный, по улице вечером разгуливают очень странные личности. Третье. Номер заявлен как апартаменты с кухней. Плита не работает. Приборов на троих нет. Ну и в заключение, хозяин неделю после нашего отъезда заваливает меня сообщениями в WhatsApp с просьбой поставить 10 баллов. Нужно заниматься своим бизнесом и учитывать базовые потребности людей в чистоте и сервисе, тогда не придется выпрашивать 10 баллов, их поставят с удовольствием!
