What did guests like the most

Show detailsHide details
- Cleanliness: Multiple reviewers explicitly mention clean rooms and fresh bedding (e.g., 'Room is clean', 'Постель чистая'), indicating generally positive cleanliness.
- Service: Consistently praised staff and named receptionists (via Mohamed, Berat) described as friendly, helpful and attentive; good English reported — strong positive service sentiment.
- Location: Repeatedly noted as excellent and convenient (close to Suleymaniye mosque, tram/metro, central attractions); many reviews highlight the atmospheric, central location.
- Room Quality: Mixed-to-negative comments about room size and comfort for some stays: small bathrooms, sockets awkwardly placed, noise issues from ground floor/breakfast times; while some found rooms comfortable, the number of functional/comfort complaints lowers this score.
- Amenities: Notable missing amenities reported (no hangers, no dishes or even glasses in one review) despite tea/coffee availability and in-room kettle; lack of basic items drives a negative sentiment for amenities.
- Value for Money: Generally seen as good value or 'okay for the price' in several reviews ('Good value to stay', 'За эти деньги нормально'), indicating a slight positive on value.
- Food and Beverage: Breakfasts described as good and plentiful ('Petit déjeuner copieux', 'классический турецкий завтрак', 'Breakfast is good'), supporting a mildly positive rating for F&B.
- Overall Experience: Many guests say they'd return or recommend the hotel, praising staff, location and atmosphere — overall experience is clearly positive despite specific issues with rooms/amenities.
Watch out for: Small bathrooms and some small rooms · Missing basic amenities in some rooms (no hangers, no dishes/glasses) · Noise on ground floor and around breakfast time · Awkwardly placed power sockets in some rooms

Hotel very well located close to Süleymaniye mosques. Staff was very nice but the bathroom/shower was not very nice even if very clean!!!
Location
The manager was very responsive and accepting to our request for a full refund.
Nothing like the photos. Outdoor lounge room in 2 bedroom apartment. Leaking toilet. We left.
