Location close to taksim road and price only!
تجربتنا في الفندق كانت للأسف غير مرضية، خصوصًا من ناحية التعامل مع العائلات. تم إعطاؤنا غرفًا بعيدة جدًا عن بعضها، رغم أننا عائلة ومعنا أطفال، وكنا نحتاج أن تكون الغرف قريبة من بعض. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، حجزنا غرفة دبل، ولكن تم وضع سريرين منفصلين ولصقهما ببعض بدل توفير سرير دبل مناسب. وعندما طلبنا المساعدة أو حاولنا توضيح احتياجنا كعائلة لديها أطفال، لم نجد التعاون الكافي من الفندق وطلبوا منا الدفع اكثر لغرف غير بدل الupgrade مجانا لان غلطتهم ولم يعترفوا بالغلطة. من ناحية التنظيف الاسرة غير نظيفة و الشراشف ايضا كنا نتوقع اهتمامًا أكبر باحتياجات العائلات وتعاونًا أفضل من طاقم الفندق. للأسف، هذه الأمور أثرت بشكل كبير على تجربتنا وإقامتنا
