The room was clean, staff was friendly, hot water was coming, bedding was clean.
No elevator in the building, room was given in the basement where soundproofing was an issue (we could clearly hear what people were talking outside), lights in the room were very dim

Our 6-day stay was nothing short of wonderful — an experience that exceeded all our expectations! ❤️ The location is simply perfect, just a few steps away from Taksim Square, the metro, and bus stations, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything is easily accessible, making our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. The entire team was incredibly clean, kind, respectful, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel truly comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Mr. Firat for his exceptional care, kindness, and support. His thoughtfulness made our experience even more memorable, and we sincerely appreciate everything he did for us. We left with beautiful memories, grateful hearts, and the feeling that we had found a place we would love to return to. This was more than just a stay; it was a truly lovely experience. Definitely not our last visit — we can’t wait to come back! ❤️✨
