!النظافة سيئة جداً واغلب الاثاث محطم واصوات المسجل على الشاطئ مزعج للغايه والبوفية محدود وغير نظيف ابدا

!1. Cleanliness & Hygiene Issues (Hygiene & Housekeeping) 1.1. Substandard Cleanliness: The rooms and towels provided were overall unclean and did not meet acceptable hospitality standards. 1.2. Unacceptable Food Safety Issue: Upon arrival, I found a previously used water bottle inside the mini-bar, which is a serious breach of hygiene regulations. 1.3. Neglected Maintenance:The mini-bar was never replenished or 1.4. renewed during my stay. 1.4. Severe Mosquito Infestation: There was a severe mosquito infestation throughout the property and inside the rooms, with no preventive measures or pest control provided by the hotel, making it extremely difficult to sleep or relax. 2. Room Comfort, Amenities & Maintenance 2.1. False Advertising / Misleading Photos: The actual condition and layout of the rooms do not match the photos displayed on the booking platform. 2.2. Malfunctioning Facilities (No AC):One of the booked rooms completely lacked functioning air conditioning, making the stay highly uncomfortable. 2.3. Poor Ventilation & Odor: The bathroom lacked proper external ventilation, leading to an extremely unpleasant and persistent odor inside the room. 2.4. Faulty Fixtures:Some room doors had locking defects and could not be closed or secured properly. 2.5. Inadequate Lighting: The room lighting was poorly designed, unrealistic, and caused eye strain. 3. Room Layout & Space Distribution 3.1. Restricted Space: One of the rooms was exceptionally small, leaving almost no space to move around comfortably. 3.2. Ill-designed Layout: The proportions were completely impractical, as the bathroom area was unnecessarily larger than the actual living/bedroom area. 4. Hotel Facilities & Amenities 4.1. Inadequate Elevator Capacity: The facility relies on a single, extremely small lift that cannot accommodate more than two adults at a time, causing major inconvenience. 4.2.

✓Dinner and breakfast were amazing. They upgradef our room and we had a fantastic balcony overlooking the ocean. Staff were very accomodating with an early breakfast when we had to check out early.

!Shower was broken.

✓얄로바 해변에 있어서 여유있게 머물면서 해변을 누리면 좋겠습니다. 날씨가 좋으면 해변쪽으로 바깥마당에서 머물 수 있으면 진짜 좋습니다. 객실은 상당히 크고 바다쪽으로 있습니다. 아침식사를 미리 준비해서 제공해주어 편리했습니다. 스탭들이 친절하게 많이 도와줬습니다. 3월달 약간 쌀쌀한 날씨에 라디에이터 난방을 켜줘서 포근했습니다.

!객실 일부는 리노베이션이 필요합니다. 화장실, 샤워 등의 부분도 업그레이드하면 좋겠습니다. 입구에서 프론트, 객실쪽 엘리베이터 등의 이동이 좀 복잡합니다. 주차를 호텔 앞 길가에 해야 합니다. 진입하는 부분의 길이 좁고 복잡해서 늦은시간 찾기 어렵습니다.
