Herr Saide war ein sehr klarer und aufrichtiger Mensch. Er war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frau Natalia war ebenfalls sehr höflich, herzlich und ausgesprochen freundlich. Wenn mich mein Weg wieder dorthin führt, wird dieses Hotel definitiv meine erste Wahl sein.
