Very close to istiklal like literally 1 minute walk into istiklal street so very cosy vibe, great breakfast and the best rooftop view. One person in the staff stood out to me, it was OLCAY. He was so kind and accommodating, really made it very easy for us and gave us all the help he could! Fab job OLCAY!
The carpets aren’t clean in the rooms that are carpeted. Other rooms with flooring are great.
I really liked the excellent location of the property, and the staff at the reception were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made our stay even more pleasant, and I truly appreciated their hospitality.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but I felt that the cleanliness could have been a little better. I noticed some hair on the bed linen, which made me feel that it might not have been cleaned as thoroughly as expected. Just a small suggestion for improvement, as I’m sure it would make the experience even better for future guests.
