Location was good, in the centre of the city with lots to do nearby.
The staff were incredibly rude upon arrival - I waited ages to even be acknowledged. The room itself was filthy. While basics like the towels and sheets were acceptable, I moved the bed to find cigarettes, used makeup wipes, food packaging, toothpicks and hair. There were sticky stains on the floor and wall, the fridge door was damaged, my toiletries were removed by housekeeping for some reason. Together, this is purely unacceptable.
