Annem, babam ve kızım otelde konaklamalarından son derece memnun kaldılar. Özellikle otelin temizliğini çok beğendiler. Aile odasında konakladılar. Personelin ilgisi, güler yüzü ve saygılı yaklaşımı da kendilerini çok memnun etmiş. Kızımın lobide unuttuğu tabletin aranıp kendisine ulaştırılması ve aileme ulaşamadığımda otel çalışanlarını arayıp kendileriyle iletişime geçtiğimde, ailemin iyi olduğunu ve kendilerine ulaştıklarında bana bilgi vereceklerini söylemeleri ayrıca çok güven vericiydi. Temizliği, ilgisi ve güvenilir aile ortamıyla gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederiz. Tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz.
Локацията,наличие на собствен паркинг,вежлив,усмихнат и отзивчив персонал,хигиена и чистота и великолепната закуска.За пръв път отсядаме там и сме очаровани и при първа възможност бихме посетили отново.
Липсата на тераси.Прозорците не се отварят напълно,а ние сме пушачи и сутрин с кафето се наложи да слизаме долу пред входа,но това не разваля общото впечатление.
Прекрасный новый отель в центре Киркларели. Очень чисто, уютно, вежливый персонал и вкусные завтраки с хорошим выбором. Остались только положительные впечатления. Обязательно вернёмся снова! Рекомендую.
