عدم تنسيق بين الموظفين
الموقع ممتاز قريب من جواهر مول ولكن بعيد بمسافة 2.900 متر .. عن ميدان تقسيم .. جميع العاملين محترمين وودودين الحجز غرفتين وصالة .. مساحتها جميلة ومقابل للفندق سوبرماركت كبير
لايوجد مطبخ صغير كما لا يوجد في دورات المياه شطاف .. كما ان
the location was perfect and the rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff, Nusaiba and her sister were especially friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast did not meet my expectations and could be improved.
In the Suites, the room had a kitchen, but unfortunately it was completely empty-there were no cups, glasses cooking utensils or even a cooker i expected to be able to prepare some meals for my kids, only a kettle for hot water and a tray with tea and coffee. so it was disappointing.
