عدم الاهتمام بالنزيل ويتعاملون معنا بجفاء ونحن عائلة من عددنا 7 افراد عند الصباح نقوم بتصعيد الطعام من البوفية الى الغرف يمنعونا وفي حالة طلبنا الطعام من المطعم التابع الى الفندق يتم جلب الطعام الى الغرف كل شيء احتيال وعندما تتكلم معهم يتكلمون معك بعصبيه انني ندمت سكنت بهذا الفندق
