Het verblijf was comfortabel en schoon
Het personeel beviel me voor geen meter inchecktijd is om 14:00 wij kwamen om 12:30 aan op de accomodatie vervolgens kwamen we bij de receptie aan en de personeel keek naar mij alsof hij water zag branden. Vervolgens op een hele associale manier zeggen dat check in om 14:00 is. Dat weet ik ook wel alleen tot nu toe bii welke hotel dan ook als ik iets eerder was werden we altijd geholpen uiteindelijk mochten wij hier ook naar binnen rond 13:00 zonder enige uitleg over de wifi wat ze allemaal Hebben in de accomodatie ontbijt etc. Bij een hotel van 5 sterren verwacht je ook dat ten minste wordt aangeboden dat ze helpen met de koffers want voor €120 per nacht verwacht je dat wel maar dat werd ook niet gedaan. Personeel krijgt dus van mij een dikke 1 nooit meer hier.
