Bohužel nebyl přístupny bazén ani vířivka. O tom nám ani neřekli.
Poca flessibilità perché ho richiesto di spostare la data del check in per il giorno dopo senza successo. Ho fatto richiesta comunque della fattura per la stanza che non ho occupato e insistono nel dirmi che devo contattare Booking per riceverla e Booking mi dice che la deve emettere la struttura. Ho aperto un ticket con Booking e sono in attesa di riscontro
