✓Beautiful hotel been twice November everything shut down so not much to do with kids, Very clean staff always out cleaning doing a great job majority of staff very helpful and friendly couple standing about not as good as the attentive ones but you get that anywhere I suppose: Only complaint was hardly slept at night air con not working and so hot in our room kept waking up and not getting full sleep. That was a big issue the money you pay and your not sleeping well not good at all. Reported it twice to response whole hotel was same and that’s just how it is basically, I would expect a solution, Giving a desk fan or something to take into room maybe to help cool down. Cat everywhere in restaurant really is a shame ruins experience needs to be better managed. You wouldn’t see any animals in any restaurants in uk for health and safety reasons. But that was it on a whole of bad things mostly amazing hotel and amazing things, just few small issues that would be easy resolved.

✓Currently on day 5 of 7 of our 2nd year to Granada. Last year was August/September, so was still "in season". This time, it's been out of season. The Wonderland side was closed. We arrived and have been given the same room type as last year, however, this time our room overlooks all the pools and can see the entirety of Wonderland, which is sensational. Weather has been excellent but that doesn't come close to the experience this time. It's been so quiet it's felt like we've had the whole hotel exclusively. Food has been exceptional. Staff very attentive and friendly. If you're looking for negatives: (not that it bothered us too much); it's the cats at mealtimes. If we could live here, or stay for a prolonged time at least, we'd be more than happy. Very well done all 🙌👍👏

✓Stunning hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean highly recommend for families. Excellent value for money food is beautiful and a different range everyone happy!
