Атмосфера невероятно теплая, уютная и по-настоящему домашняя, Весь персонал очень вежлив,но Отдельное, самое огромное и искреннее спасибо хотим выразить Амилу! Это просто замечательный, невероятно добрый и отзывчивый человек с большим сердцем. Он выручал нас в самых разных ситуациях, проявлял невероятную заботу и помогал абсолютно во всем: организовывал доставку еды прямо в номер и даже помогал с доставкой необходимых лекарств, когда это было так важно.
Конечно ремонт давно просится войти в чат ))мебель и сантехника требует замены , но нам все предоставили и заменили по-просьбе,особенно оперативно починили розетку в ванной, за что очень благодарны

Осталась очень довольна пребыванием в этом отеле! Всё было замечательно, особенно хочется отметить сотрудника ресепшена по имени Амиль. Очень вежливый, доброжелательный и внимательный к гостям. Всегда готов помочь и создаёт приятную атмосферу с первых минут пребывания. Спасибо Амилю за профессионализм и тёплое отношение! Обязательно вернусь снова!
