El trato cercano y muy buena atención por parte del personal, nos sentimos muy cómodos. Nos hicieron la cama más de un día, cosa que agradecimos. Es un lugar íntimo, no demasiado grande ni con demasiadas personas, perfecto para una estancia cómoda en Estambul! El desayuno estaba muy bien, muy completo y no se repetía, muchas gracias:)
Como mejora sugeriría renovar algunas sábanas y toallas, por lo demás muy bien!
