Il giardino. La struttura ha potenzialità, ma è totalmente in abbandono: decadente, trasandata e rovinata. Relativamente pulita nelle parti comuni.
Non rispetta neanche lontanamente le immagini pubblicate su Booking: poco di ciò che è mostrato nelle foto esiste, se esiste non è integro ed utilizzabile. Camere e mobili sono rovinati e decadenti: buchi nei muri, porte ammuffite e marcite, materasso sfondato, sedie sfondate. Odore di fogna persistente proveniente dal bagno, non risolto da intervento della signora delle pulizie. 5 centimetri di luce sotto la porta di ingresso alle camere. Oggetti di clienti precedenti sotto il letto e sotto i mobili. In bagno presenti solo i vecchi supporti della mensola porta oggetti. Balcone scostato e ringhiere arrugginite. Piscina con acqua torbida. É evidente che non viene eseguito alcun intervento di manutenzione da anni. Il giorno del check out anticipato abbiamo atteso invano che comparisse qualcuno alla reception. Ho scritto alla struttura spiegando i motivi della nostra partenza e lasciato le chiavi delle camere sul desk. Non può essere definito "hotel". Da declassare ad "ostello fatiscente".
