✓The only thing I liked about the property was the family room, we were a family of 3 amd honestly having privacy while being in the same room is great, also room size is good, you have space to put your bags and open them and space to move in the room, room was clean except for the bedsheets which we had changed after check-in because they had hair on them🫠 Also they let us leave our bags untill the airport taxi arrived at 4 and Mohanad helped us with them as the street was closed and we had to move them to the main street

!Everything else, the location is about 7 mins walk from taksim Square, not bad but i've had better in my previous stays in istanbul, area is lively and safe though there's nothing to worry about, there were noisy roadworks about 3 days from our 7 days stay, also the elevator stopped for 2 days and we were told it was because of the roadworks, when we arrived the bedsheets had hair on them🥲 and we kept asking for them to be changed the whole day with very late response, staff are the opposite of friendly, you say good morning, salam alekom, good night, and you get nothing😂they don't even reply to you😅

✓لم يعجبني اي شي لا المكان ولا تعاون موظف الاستقبال ولا صاحب الفندق

!انها قديمه جدا والمفارش مستهلكه ليست كما هي موضحه في الصور والمكان غير آمن بعد ان رأيتها طلبت منهم الغاء الحجز على الفور ولكن موظف الاستقبال لم يقبل بمساعدتي قال انه ليس بيده اي شي انه بيد صاحب المكان طلبت منه اعطائي رقم صاحب المكان لشرح له وضع والدتي الكبيره ف السن ولم يقبل تعامله جدا سيء وتم اخذ نقودي بالكامل وانا لم اسكن فيها حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
