Garden Elisa Hotel

✓First of all I travelled with my 26 year old son to enjoy all that Istanbul offered. The location was excellent only a short walk up the hill to the Arasta Bazaar and the Blue Mosque plus all the other ancient attractions. The area had plenty of excellent restuarants and bars and all the people were very polite. The main resturant food at the Garden Elisa Hotel was very good, but did not enjoy the breakfast so never went back even though we had breakfast included in our stay. Tamara Resturant was the best place to eat in the afternoon, recommended as its one of the places the locals eat and the prices are much cheaper for the same quality , Tamara was just around the corner from the hotel on the way up the hill before you get to the Arasta Bazaar.

!We booked the Garden Elisa Hotel, but on arrival there was an issue with our triple room with a view. We were offered a double bed to share with my son, which we declined. So were moved to the Elisa Hotel opposite. First of all we were offered a room on the top floor (Now in the UK the staircases would be condemned, steep, winding, steps of different heights, handrails that wobble) with one double bed and what can only be described as a put-me-up on the floor? Again we declined so were offered room 303 with two beds. The room was very drab, dirty, nothing worked, the fridge was swapped out after complaining, the TV was broken and did not work, no offer to swap out, the kettle was missing and provided some time later without a lid??? No coffee or essentials. The were juts ok, blanket was thin and rough. There were cigerette stains on the sideboard. broken sockets and lights, stained toilet and the showerhead leaked giving just a weak stream. The constant come into my shop buy this buy that was enoying, just had to grit teeth and say NO..

✓Чудове розташування готелю в 3 хвилинах пішки від Блакитної мечеті. Район доволі спокійний відносно інших туристичних. Поруч є магазин з приємними цінами і різні заклади. Безкоштовне паркувальне місце. На першому поверсі ресторан готелю. Сніданок гарний і поживний. Персонал привітний і готовий допомогти. Номер чистий і новий, зручне велике ліжко. У номері є кондиціонер, телевізор,шафа, чайник і холодильник. Співвідношення ціни і якості супер.

!Підйом у номери дуже крутими сходами, що може бути незручним для більшості людей. Також були зламані перила,щоб триматися при підйомі. Номер занадто маленький через що складно по ньому вільно ходити, розмістити речі, відкривати одночасно двері у ванну і коридор, доводиться протискатися.
