✓The property was in a great location.

!The property was filthy. The floors were not vacuumed or mopped. There were no sheets on the bed. No duvets. Plain duvets without sheets were brought when we requested them. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. There was mold all over the bathroom walls. The toilet was leaking and there was no hot water. When me asked for the room to be cleaned they initially said they would but they never did. They changed our room the next day as per our request. The second room was worse than the first. We left that place and went somewhere else. I’m still waiting for a refund for this disastrous booking.

!This place is absolutely not trustworthy. I had confirmed reservations, but when I arrived, they had already rented out the rooms to other people. Instead, they tried to take us about 200 meters away to a place that was not even a hotel and attempted to convince us to stay there. The location was unsafe and completely unacceptable. Because of this, we were left stranded on the streets of Istanbul until midnight. I had trusted this booking based on the company’s credibility, but it turned out to be a complete fraud. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. It is dishonest, unsafe, and should not be listed as a hotel.
