✓The view, the location and the facilities

!There were some small things which needed annual maintenance like all curtains were not properly fixed, most trash bins heads were broken. But they were all small things for me. I would also add a small stool for getting in and out of the bath in the master bedroom.

✓* Perfect location near the metro and between the lively commercial district and traditional areas to the south. * Spacious apartment. * A few nice extras, including a dishwasher and free Netflix. * Communication via the Booking.com messaging system was prompt and clear. * The building's entrance was safe and secure.

!While the size, location and price offer some value, the experience was negatively impacted by various maintenance issues and missing amenities. Specific examples are provided below. * Bedroom: Missing curtain on one window, an undersized duvet, and no safety deposit box. * Bathroom: The shower drain overflowed when taking showers (blocked/broken), the toilet's bidet was broken, the toilet's flush was partly broken, and the Venetian blinds were old and badly damaged. * Living Room: The large rug was old and dirty, the top part of the floor lamp was broken with live exposed wires, and construction outside the living caused excessive noise at times. * Kitchen: The refrigerator light was not working and no washing machine was included. * Other Issues: Only two small trash bins in the entire apartment, the '24-hour reception' was difficult to access and often unmanned, and the airport transfer price was significantly higher than alternative options. In short, management should PROACTIVELY check apartments and PROACTIVELY conduct repairs. This is not the responsibility of guests. Most of the aforementioned issues can be fixed quickly and cheaply. If management accepts this feedback and takes action, the property may achieve its full potentential.
