Very clean, great location, very close to the harbour whoch was great because we were boarding a cruise the next day, you can go by foot, no problem. Very comfortable beds.

Location - close to Galata tower and good cafes and shops
Economy room was small.. bathrroom Toney and vanity cabinets damaged / the window in the room was like an access point to the air conditioner/ see photos. Shower head fell off whilst in the shower / water didn’t drain properly and towel hook fell off wall! Laundry left in corridors - carpet old worn and musty. Property needs maintenance. Was provided a change of room to balcony room on the last night where smart TV features don’t work and the view was the neighbours laundry and we could not help but see straight into their living space!
المكان موقعه استراتيجي قريب من برج غلاطه وغلاطه بورت وتقسيم ويوجد محطة الترام ومترو قريبات ايضا التعامل من الموظفين بالفندق غاية في الروعة خصوصا الأخ محمد والأخ ياسر وكل العاملين وسهولة التفاهم معهم وحسن التجاوب منهم بما انهم من اخواننا المصريين
فقط مشكله بسيطه من ناحية صعوبة دخول السيارات في بعض الأحيان القليلة
