A unica coisa que podemos dizer bem foi da rececionista do hotel que se prontificou a ajudar. O hotel poderia ser maravilhoso: é muito confortavel, mas nao há grande vontade de melhorias
o nosso piso não fumador tinha muito cheiro a tabaco. tentámos mudar de quarto mas nada melhorou. acabámos a mudar de hotel. funcionários não falam bem inglês e não parecem muito recetivos a ajudar. Quando questionei sobre a mudança de quarto por causa do cheiro responderam-me que não havia problema e por isso não havia mudança de quarto. No restaurante, quando pediamos algo para as crianças, ignoravam na esperança que não voltássemos a pedir mais nada
