Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en couple pour mon anniversaire et notre première expérience à Istanbul a été incroyable. Le personnel est exceptionnel : attentionné, disponible et toujours souriant, avec un véritable service personnalisé, notamment pour mon anniversaire, qui a rendu ce séjour encore plus spécial. Les chambres sont superbes, confortables et très propres. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville. Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour que nous avons même décidé de décaler notre retour pour en profiter davantage. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour avoir rendu cette expérience si mémorable, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Very good location for tourist sites and the metro stations
Property was clean and tidy and the staff were excellent especially the manager on the front desk
